bulletin for 04/28

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Today is the last Sunday of the month. We will be enjoying our usual singing and devotional this evening with sandwiches and desert to follow. Reid Carter will be bringing our devotional. Plan to come and enjoy this time together.

Our next monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held on Sunday evening. May 12, beginning at 5:00 p.m. downstairs.

The Waldron Church is hosting a Ladies Day on Saturday, May 18, from 11:30 til 4:00. More information is posted on the bulletin board in the foyer.

bulletin for 04/21

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Thank you for your generosity in providing the items for Ralph Black as he continues his tour in the Middle East. You provided so much that we are breaking it down into two shipments of multiple boxes to be delivered a few weeks apart.

Thank you for your help in providing lunch for the Lions for Christ at UAFS last Thursday. Your assistance in this service provides an important encouragement for Christian students enrolled there.

The Valley View Church is hosting an area wide youth activity night this evening beginning at 5:00. We encourage our youth to attend. Larry will be filling in for Dusty in his absence tonight.

Next Sunday night is the last Sunday of the month. We will be enjoying our usual singing and devotional that evening with sandwiches and desert to follow. Plan to come and enjoy this time together.

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. This is the last Sunday for collecting items for Ralph Black for a care package. Ralph continues serving us and this nation in the war zone overseas. A list of appropriate items is on the center table in the foyer if you would like to help.

The next monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held this evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. downstairs. We encourage all men who desire to be present.

We will be providing lunch for the Lions for Christ at UAFS this coming Thursday. We will be needing your help with cookies and soft drinks. Just leave the items in the kitchen downstairs.

bulletin for 03/31

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Today is the 5th Sunday of the month as well as Easter. Due to individual family plans many have for today we will not be hosting our usual 5th Sunday lunch today. Our service this evening will be our customary end-of-month singing and devotional service. We will not be serving a meal this evening either. As is our custom the contribution today will be going to Southern Christian Home.

We are presently collecting items for Ralph Black for a care package. Ralph continues serving us and this nation in the war zone overseas. A list of appropriate items is on the center table in the foyer if you would like to help with the package. Just leave the items in the kitchen downstairs or one of the pews in the foyer.
