Shawn Hull from the Cherokee Home for Children in Texas will be visiting us today and speaking in the auditorium during class time.
David Nix is leading a Bible study group meeting on Sunday evenings at 5PM in the basement. Tonight’s topic of study will be The Lord’s Supper.
Our next end-of-month fellowship meal will be after morning services on Sunday, August 31st.

David Nix will be leading a Bible study group beginning tonight at 5PM in the basement and all are welcome to join. The first topic to be studied will be prayer.
Thank you for your generosity in assisting those affected by recent catastrophic flooding in Texas. A total of $1,439 was raised and will be combined with additional funds from the church treasury for a total of $3,000 to be sent.
We are looking for teachers to assist with our youth Bible classes on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. A sign-up sheet is on the table in the foyer for those wanting to help in this area.
