Dustin Dacus will be doing the preaching for both services today.

Our next monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held a little later than usual due to VBS. It will be held July 19 at 5:00 downstairs. Men, we encourage your presence.

Our summer VBS is almost upon us. It begins next Sunday evening and will run Sunday through Wednesday evening. We hope that you can be present for each evening. Obviously we will be needing teachers, servers, and others to volunteer. A sign-up sheet is on the center table in the foyer. Please help. If you have any questions please see Larry or Cindy Davis or Dusty or Laura Dacus. Adult classes will be available each evening.

A work night for VBS has been set for this coming Tuesday evening at 6:30 here at the building. Lots of hands will make for shorter work. We will also need your help providing pre-sweetened Kool Aid and cookies for refreshments.

Our VBS will run from 6:30 to 8:30 each evening except Wednesday. On Wednesday we will have one session from 6:30 till 7:30 with ice cream and fixings to follow.

We will be sharing our customary end-of-the-month sandwiches and dessert this evening following our worship in song. Plan to stay and enjoy this time together.

bulletin for 05/24

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

Chris Pinney is with us and will be doing the preaching this morning. Dustin Dacus will preach this evening.

An instruction sheet has been placed on the center table in the foyer for those of you who wish to download the recently updated version of our Church Directory to you iPad or cell phone.

The new teaching quarter is drawing near. A sign-up sheet is on the center table in the foyer. Please help us in the instruction of the children in this church. You will be blessed.

There is a sign-up sheet on the center table in the foyer for those planning to attend the June 13 outing to a Naturals Baseball game on Saturday, June 13. More information is available in the below section of this bulletin.

This month has five Sundays. We will share our customary noon meal next Sunday, May 31, with singing and a devotional to follow. We will also be recognizing our high school graduating seniors prior to the meal. The contribution that day will be going to the early payment of our church loan.

The next quarterly area wide men’s prayer breakfast will be hosted by the Washburn Church on Saturday morning, June 6, beginning at 7:30 in the morning.
