bulletin for 08/09

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

Larry Bridges will be doing the preaching this morning. Dustin Dacus will bring our message this evening.

Our next elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held this evening beginning at 5:00 downstairs. Men, we encourage your presence.

This month has five Sundays. We will be looking forward to our customary fifth Sunday lunch together on August 30 to be followed by singing and a devotional. As is our custom the contribution that day will be going to the early payment or our church loan.

We will be providing our bi-annual lunch for the Lions for Christ on Thursday, September 17, at noon. We appreciate those of you who provide food and also serve on that day.

Our end-of-the-month singing and sandwiches will be held this evening. Throw a sandwich and dessert together and plan to be present for an evening of good singing and fellowship.

Our monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held this evening at 5:00 downstairs. Men, we encourage your presence.

Our end-of-the-month singing and sandwiches will be held next Sunday evening. Reid Carter will bring our devotional for the evening. Plan to be present for an evening of good singing and fellowship.

bulletin for 07/12

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

Due to Larry’s absence the bulletin this morning is limited to only one page. We will return to the usual format next Sunday. Larry & Donna and Joe’s family are at a family reunion, but should return by this evening. Dustin Dacus will be bringing the message this morning.

The monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held next Sunday evening at 5:00 downstairs. Men, we encourage your presence and assistance.

Our VBS will begin this evening at 6:00 and run til 8:00. Monday and Tuesday sessions will run from 6:30 til 8:30. We will hold one session on Wednesday evening from 6:30 til 7:30, and then enjoy ice cream with all of the fixings. We need your help with pre-sweetened Kool Aid and cookies.
