The Pleasant Valley Church of Christ in Van Buren is holding their annual
Ladies’ Retreat coming up on the first weekend in November at Lake Fort
Smith State Park. There are options for both Saturday only or overnight stay.

Our ladies are in the process of putting together a Wednesday night Bible
class and are in need of teachers. For more information and to sign up, please
see Melissa Bridges.
Our next end-of-month fellowship meal will be held next Sunday, October 29th
after morning worship services. We will not have end-of-month meals in November
or December as is our custom during the holiday season.

Our next bi-monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held
next Sunday morning, October 8th, at 830AM downstairs.
Our ladies are planning a “Brunch” here at the building on Saturday,
October 7th, at 9AM. Please bring a breakfast / brunch dish. Tammy Brewer will
be bringing a short devotional.

We will be sharing our customary end-of-month lunch this morning following
our morning worship. Plan to stay and enjoy this time of being together.
Our ladies are planning a “Brunch” here at the building for Saturday,
October 7, at 9:00 a.m. Please bring a breakfast/brunch dish. Tammy Brewer
will be bringing a short devotional.
A sign-up sheet for teachers to serve for the next quarter beginning in
October is located on the center table in the foyer. Thank you for your
