The bulletin for this week has now been posted. As you are aware Christmas occurs on a Sunday this year. This is probably the most appropriate day of the week for Christmas to fall on, but it does present some challenges with most families in regard to Christmas traditions. The elders here certainly are aware that these traditions are important in our families, and are part of what provides a foundation of good memories for our children. While some churches simply cancel services for the day we find it rather strange to celebrate our Savior’s coming by ignoring the Biblical precept of assembling as His Church. In order to provide you with a little more time with your family on that day, we will delay our morning worship on December 25 to begin at 10:30 a.m. Bible classes will not be held that morning, but our regular worship will remain unchanged. We will also provide a 6:00 p.m. communion service for those who may not have been able to attend that morning. Please enjoy Christmas morning with your family and then finish out your Christmas morning here with your Church family at Dayton.

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. The monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held next Sunday evening at 5:00 downstairs. Brother Dustin Dacus will also be doing the preaching next Sunday evening.
