Bruce Flippo will be preaching this morning. Dale Carter will have our message this evening.

Our new teaching quarter will began this morning. As always, we say thank you to those of you who have served this past quarter and those who are serving now.

Dishes from the family meal you provided at the funeral last Tuesday are available for you to pick up at your convenience. They are located in the fellowship area downstairs.

The next quarterly area-wide men’s prayer breakfast will be hosted by the Valley View Church next Saturday morning, December 7, beginning at 7:30 a.m.

Larry Bridges will have a power point presentation next Sunday morning, December 8, to update the church on our work as well as to present some things for your consideration regarding potential projects.

bulletin for 12/15

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

Larry Bridges will be preaching for us this morning. Dustin Dacus will preach this evening.

Our Sunday evening service next weekend will consist of our usual Christmas devotional service. Dustin Dacus will have the devotional.

Survey sheets for your input on Larry’s presentation regarding the proposed platform lift/elevator are located on the center table in the foyer. Fill one out, and place it in the box no later than December 29. Thanks for your help with this.

Christmas is on Wednesday, December 25, as you know. Our regular mid-week service will not be held that week due to family celebrations. New Year’s Day is the following Wednesday. We will be holding our usual midweek Bible Study that evening.

This month has five Sundays. We will enjoy our customary lunch together that day following our morning worship on December 29. There will be no evening service that evening. As is our custom, our contribution for that day will be going toward the early payment of our church loan.

Our next monthly men’s and ladies business meetings will be held this evening at 5:00. Men will meet downstairs and ladies will meet upstairs.

The next quarterly area-wide men’s prayer breakfast will be hosted by the Valley View Church on Saturday morning, December 7, beginning at 7:30 a.m.

On Thanksgiving Eve this Wednesday we will have our customary yearly Thanksgiving devotional service rather than separate Bible classes. Due to the Thanksgiving holidays there will be no food function this evening.
