bulletin for 09/22

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Our thanks to those of you who helped provide the food in providing lunch for the Lions For Christ at UAFS last Thursday, and special thanks to those who served.

Next Sunday is the 5th Sunday of the month. We will be sharing our customary 5th Sunday lunch that day, and we encourage you to “bring a friend” and let us share this time with them. Following our lunch we will assemble back in the auditorium for a time of singing and a devotional by Reid Carter. A communion service will be held at 6:00 that evening for those who were not able to attend the morning service.

Our next monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held on Sunday evening, October 13, at 5:00 p.m. downstairs.

We will be providing lunch for the Lions for Christ this coming Thursday. We will need the usual cookies and soft drinks to go with the pizza we will provide. Whatever you bring this evening or Wednesday evening just leave in the kitchen downstairs.

Our next monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held this evening at 5:00 downstairs. Men, we encourage those of you who can to be present.

A sign-up sheet is also on the table for any of our ladies who plan to attend the Ladies Day Service at Valley View on Saturday, September 14. More information is in this bulletin and on the bulletin board. This will be the final day for sign-up.

bulletin for 08/25

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. This evening is the last Sunday evening of the month. As is our custom our worship this evening will be singing with a brief devotional. Due to the area wide youth activity hosted by Washburn this evening we will not be sharing our usual sandwich meal following our singing.

The youth activity is set to begin at 4:00 this afternoon. We encourage our young folks to attend. If you need a ride be sure to let Dusty, Chris, or Joe know.
