bulletin for 03/02

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Bruce Flippo will be bringing our message this morning. Dustin Dacus will be preaching this evening.

Our new teaching quarter began this morning. Thanks to those of you who served last quarter. We also want to thank Chris and Stephanie Young who have been in charge of our Bible classes for the last few years. They are taking a well deserved break. Dustin and Laura Dacus and Larry and Cindy Davis will be overseeing this for us now. We appreciate their willingness to serve. Please work with them as they fill this demanding role.

Our next monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held next Sunday evening, March 9, at 5:30 p.m. downstairs. We encourage all men who can to be present.

We will be providing lunch for the Lions for Christ on Thursday, March 13, at Ft. Smith. We will be providing pizza as usual. We need your help with cookies and soft drinks. Just leave them in the kitchen.

bulletin for 02/16

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Chris Pinney, Orby’s grandson, spoke during Bible Class and will be bringing our message in a few minutes.

We will be sharing our customary sandwiches and dessert following next Sunday evenings singing service. Reid Carter will bring our devotional next Sunday evening.

The next area wide men’s prayer breakfast is being hosted by Waldron on Saturday, March 1, beginning at 7:30 a.m.

We will be providing lunch for the Lions for Christ on Thursday, March 13, at Ft. Smith.

The bulletin for this week has now been posted. Bruce Flippo will be bringing our message for us at the appropriate time this morning. Larry Bridges will be doing the preaching this evening. Dusty is still recovering from pneumonia.

The next elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held this evening at 5:00 p.m. downstairs. Men, we once again encourage your participation.

For those of you who use Facebook regularly you have found it to be an excellent communication tool with family and friends. Dusty has completed the work needed to enable folks to “Like this Church on Facebook.” This will be another means by which we can keep folks outside of this church current on things going on here.
