The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

The monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held this evening at 5:00 downstairs. Men, we encourage your presence for our weekly meeting.

Faye Upton has been working on a more extensive church history. A printed copy for your review is on the center table in the foyer. If there are additions, deletions, or revisions that need to be made please see Faye. We appreciate her work on this.

We will be sharing our customary sandwiches and dessert next Sunday evening following our end-of-the-month singing and devotional service. Reid Carter will be bringing our devotional.

Hard copies of the church bulletin have been placed in binders and added to church library for those of you who might want to check on a past event or simply have access for historical purposes. Bulletins for the years 2010-2013 are available. As each year ends another binder will be added.

bulletin for 07/06

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

The monthly elders, deacons, and men’s business meeting will be held the third Sunday of this month rather than the second due to scheduling conflicts.

Larry Bridges will be doing the preaching this morning. Bruce Flippo will preach next Sunday rather than today since Larry & Donna will be away next weekend attending the annual family reunion of Donna’s family.

bulletin for 06/29

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

This month has five Sundays. We will be sharing our usual noon meal following our worship this morning. After the meal we will assemble back in the auditorium for singing and a brief devotional by Reid Carter. A communion service will be held this evening for those who could not be present this morning. Our contribution today, as usual, will be going toward the early payment of our church loan. Plan to enjoy today’s activities with us.

The Valley View Church is holding their VBS beginning this evening and continuing through Thursday evening. The times are from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. All are invited.

Larry Bridges will be preaching next Sunday morning. Bruce Flippo will preach the second Sunday rather than the first since Larry & Donna will be away that weekend attending the annual family reunion of Donna’s family.

Bruce Flippo is preaching an extra Sunday for us this morning due to Larry and Donna being out of town all week. Dustin Dacus will be preaching for us this evening.

bulletin for 06/15

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

Bruce Flippo will be preaching an extra Sunday for us this month. He will bring our morning message next Sunday morning, June 22. Larry and Donna will be in Florida with family next week, and will be back for church Sunday morning; but not in time for Larry to prepare for the pulpit.
