bulletin for 08/23

The bulletin for this week has now been posted.

Dustin Dacus will be preaching in both services today.

A new teaching quarter is rapidly approaching and will arrive with the month of September. A sign-up sheet is on the center table in the foyer. Please consider helping us as we help the children we love here.

This month has five Sundays. We will be looking forward to our customary fifth Sunday lunch together next Sunday to be followed by singing and a devotional. As is our custom the contribution that day will be going to the early payment or our church loan.

The next quarterly area wide men’s prayer breakfast will be held on Saturday, September 5, beginning at 7:30 in the morning. The Waldron Church will be hosting this quarter.

The annual Ladies Day at Valley View will be hosted on Saturday, September 12. A sign-up sheet is located on the center table in the foyer for those planning to attend.

We will be providing our bi-annual lunch for the Lions for Christ on Thursday, September 17, at noon. We appreciate those of you who provide food and also serve on that day.
