Dr. Don Patton's Creation/Evolution Seminar and the Round Robin schedule

On June 6 through the 11, we'll have the pleasure of hearing Dr. Don Patton speak regarding creation and evolution. Monday through Friday evening will be conducted as a lecture series and not as a worship service. Anyone searching for clear answers in the creation/evolution debate will benefit from Dr. Patton's presentations. The issues presented are non-denomitional and will provide answers particularly for our kids who face a consistent stream of evolution theory in their science classes.

The schedule is as follows:

  • Sunday - 9:30 - Dead Sea Scrolls
  • Sunday - 10:20 - Noah's Ark
  • Sunday - 6:00 - Stones of Israel
  • Monday - 7:00 - What Is Creation Science
  • Tuesday - 7:00 - Evolution And The Laws Of Science
  • Wednesday - 7:00 - How Old Is The Earth
  • Thursday - 7:00 - The Record Of The Rocks
  • Friday - 7:00 - What Does The Fossil Record Reveal

For more detailed information, check out our flyer for the seminar.

LTC 2010 is over

Last weekend, 20 from our youth group participated in the LTC convention up in Rogers, AR and did an amazing job! We took home 20 gold medals and almost as many silver and bronze medals. I'm very proud of them and we're already looking forward to next year's convention. The theme for the convention in 2011 will be on Revelation. As such, if you're interested in studying or reading up on Revelation, you might want to check out the Revelation study that the Granby church of Christ put together.
